Delete Your Lisnr Account
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app, or by contacting us directly.
This action is permanent. Deleting your account erases all server-side data and cannot be undone. Your encrypted recordings in Google Drive are not automatically deleted — you must remove those manually from your Drive if you wish.
What gets deleted
- Your Lisnr account and Google Sign-In association
- All app settings stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- Your voice profile samples stored in Firebase Storage
- Your subscription status and trial record in Firestore
- Any diary temp files still on Lisnr's servers
What is NOT deleted automatically
- Encrypted recordings in your personal Google Drive appDataFolder — delete these from Google Drive directly
- Diary entries stored locally on your device — delete via your device's app storage settings
Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open Lisnr and go to Settings (gear icon).

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Read the confirmation, tap Delete, then confirm again in the second dialog.

The app will delete all server-side data, sign you out, and return to the login screen.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
